Participants register and receive a warm welcome. The kickoff presentation introduces HackNight'25’s vision, goals, rules, and judging criteria, setting a positive tone for collaboration and innovation.
Ideation and Initial Checks
Teams brainstorm to refine project ideas, followed by the First Ideation Check for mentor feedback. This phase ensures strong foundations and encourages adaptability.
Development and Crisis Challenge
Teams work on their projects, focusing on prototype development. A surprise Crisis Challenge tests their adaptability and creativity, encouraging collaboration.
Progress Reviews and Showcases
Multiple reviews assess progress and provide guidance. The Project Showcase allows teams to present their work and gather feedback for further refinement.
Final Presentations and Celebration
Teams deliver Final Pitches, showcasing their projects to judges. Results are announced, celebrating outstanding work and fostering community during the closing ceremony.
